In general, most salon appointments can last anywhere from 60 minutes to several hours, depending on the condition, density and length of hair, and the number of services in one visit.

Booking
- By Appointment Only: Use our Contact Form to request appointments. We’ll confirm within 24 hours..
- Rescheduling: Notify us via the Contact Form at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment and to avoid any charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Changes less than 24 hours will result in forfeiting your retainer.
- Changes less than 12 hours and no-shows will be charged the full basic service price.
Arrival & Tardiness
- Arrive on time or 5 minutes early to ensure a stress-free start.
- Arriving 15+ minutes late may require you to reschedule or adjust your intended services that day. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the retainer forfeited.
All-inclusive Pricing
Our pricing is transparent for your convenience. Gratuities are always appreciated for exceptional service.
Payment Methods
We accept credit card, Google pay, Apple pay, CashApp, and cash.
Salon Environment
To ensure a peaceful space, we ask that you attend alone—no children or additional guests, please.
Service Notes
- Our rates are based on service complexity. Hair condition, length, density, and chemical services may require more time. Final costs will be determined during your appointment.
- We have a no refund policy on all services and products. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your original service. Adjustments after 7 days or that alter the original plan will require full payment.
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Assumption of Risk: Acknowledge possible risks of all beauty services including chemical processes hair replacement, SMP application, allergies, irritation, and other side effects.
- Release of Liability: Release Call On An Angel and its team from any claims related to your service including but not limited to any reactions, damages, or injuries that may occur during or after the service.
- Consent to Services: Confirm you’ve disclosed relevant allergies or health conditions and agree that you are solely responsible for your own health and safety during these services.
